An advertising agency is enjoying bottomline benefits thanks to a staff training and development programme.
Ribchester-based Workhouse Advertising and Marketing is the latest employer to be awarded the Investors in People accolade.
And boss Mark Jones says his firm is already beginning to reap the benefits.
"Since starting out on the programme 18 months ago we have won several new clients, received awards and increased our turnover by 35 per cent," said Mark.
The firm. which employs 15 people carries out work for clients including Accrington & Rossendale College, North West Water and the London Sports Forum.
Other East Lancashire employers to achieve the standard recently BMP Europe of Altham, Calderstones NHS Trust, Cribden House School, Rawtenstall, Roefield Leisure Centre, Clitheroe and Darwen-based George Aird.
