REGARDING the flood of whinings directed against asylum seekers, the richer people become, the more selfish and less compassionate they become.
With very few exceptions, we have never had it so good in this country.
In the Bible there is a parable about a rich man who did nothing to help a beggar who lay at the gates of the rich man's mansion.
The rich man went to hell because of his selfishness.
