HUNDREDS of youngsters were kept on their toes when they took part in the Blackburn Festival of Speech, Music and Dance.
The boys and girls competed on the second day of the popular festival at Darwen's Library Theatre. The festival, which attracted entries from all over the region, ended with four days of music.
