DARWEN are without batsman Chris Lowe as the reigning Northern League champions bid to build on their promising start.
Lowe has returned to university and is replaced by Gareme Parkinson.
Michael Douglas, back from his exertions with Darwen Football Club, also replaces Michael Horsfield.
Chorley also have only one match this weekend, the visit to Lancaster in the Northern Premier League.
The Lune Road side have a new professional in Jamaican Gareth Breese but are still seeking their first win of the season and fifth placed Chorley will be aiming to build on Monday's exciting victory over Leyland.
