A POWERFUL performance of The Crucible at Bispham High School, last week, was enjoyed by visitors from Wales as well as pupils.
The production of Arthur Miller's classic play by Bispham Youth Theatre was watched by members of Penygraig Drama Workshop from South Wales. Bispham Youth Theatre is made up of members from various schools in the area and in July they will travel to Penygraig in South Wales to watch the workshop perform the play Silent Witness.
Bispham High deputy head John Topping said: "We are hoping these reciprocal visits will be the first step towards working together on a joint project.
"The Penygraig group are aged 9 to 13 whereas ours are aged 13 to 16 and we think the mixture of ages has the potential to produce interesting work."
