ROSSENDALE-based tour operator Airtours today confirmed that two people from Lancashire were among those injured in a coach crash on Minorca.
The company said 24 passengers, including five staff and the Spanish driver were on board the vehicle travelling to Es Castell on Wednesday night. One of the company's reps, Sally Warmisham, 19, of Salford, was thrown through the windscreen and suffered cuts to her neck and face.
The company today confirmed two of the injured people were from Lancashire but would not say how serious their injuries were or give any further information.
Two people who were seriously injured were flown to Majorca for specialist treatment.
