A SUPERMARKET worker from Blackburn will fly to America this week to meet colleagues from the retail giant which bought out Asda.
Jeremy Colan, a butcher at Asda's store at Grimshaw Retail Park, Blackburn, will travel to the head office of Wal-Mart in, Benntonville, USA, to find out how the company operates.
He will attend formal dinners, an open-air concert and a meeting of some 20,000 shareholders during the five-day trip.
