Pilks hit form to beat a strong Wigan side. Tries came from man-of-the-match Luke Smith (2), Martin Hutton, Karl Foster, Daryl Craine, Andy Bacon and Greg Smith. Phil Henry, Foster, Bacon and Greg Smith added goals.
Top tackler was Dave Mason, while Adam Harris and Andy Webster shared the coaches award. Simon Penketh and Danny Halsall also did well. Trophies were sponsored by Nichols Foods Ltd, Haydock, and P&R Laboratory Supplies.

Pilks put a great deal of effort into this gme, but their only reward was a try by Stu Birch. A below-par effort by Pilks gave Rangers victory. Try scorers for Pilks were Ste Keane and Andy Bushell. Pilks did themselves proud against a strong Warrington side. Man-of-the-match James Axon scored one try and the other came from coaches award winner Josh Greaves.
Tom Marren topped the tackle count and David Knapper was most improved. Chris Lee, Darren Magson and Liam Hill also shone.

Eccles 12
Haydock ended the season with this hard fought draw. Try scorers were Dean Dollin (2) and David Houghton. Fouracre man of the match was Sean Miller. Xenon top tackler was David Houghton and coaches awards went to Dean Dollin and Phillip Pilling.
Haydock under nines nil
Orrell St. James 30
Skipper Ryan Livesley, was taken off due to injury in the first half. The J. T. Clarke & sons man of the match was Thomas Taylor, with the D. L. Construction top tackler award going to Nicholas Hollas.
Liam Gill was most improved, the coaches award went to Thomas Colborn and Bradley Woods was unsung hero.

Wigan St Cuthberts 16
This was a close encounter between two evenly matched sides. Crusaders' tries came from Jamie Pennington, Ste Parkinson and Paul Eyres. Goals were added by man of the match and top tackler Ryan Robinson, Danny Chantler and Pennington. Coaches awards went to Simon Lawrenson, Craig Forster and Ben Robinson.
A special mention goes to Jenny Welsby, who has played for the team for the past four years. She has now played her last game for the the club and all the team and Ste and Dave wish her well for the future.
Blackbrook Royals under 12s 5

These two sides fought out a great local derby that was a great advert for junior rugby and well refereed by Dave Webster.
A late drop goal by Franco's Ltd man of the match Scott Holland gave Royals victory, with their try coming from Mike Pilling. Paul Johnson and Chris Donnelly were outstanding in Royals' defence.
Halton Hornets under nines 8

Man of the match Liam Taylor ran in four tries in an impressive end-of-season performance. Thomas Johnson, Robert Murphy, Greg McDonald, Danny Leach, Ryan Liptrot and Owen Livesey also got on the scoresheet, while Kyle Stevenson impressed in defence.
