RIBBLE Valley MP Nigel Evans has launched a scathing attack on the way Labour has run the country since the general election.
He said: "Most people have now seen through New Labour and their gimmicks and they will certainly see through any other attempts to rebrand New Labour over the next few weeks in order to cover up their dismal failure to deliver.
"With the NHS, clinical priorities are distorted and people are waiting longer than ever in most urgent cases.
"On Law and Order they have again failed with police numbers falling and crime increasing.
"And they have lost control of the asylum situation. Labour are squandering Britain's proud record of receiving genuine asylum seekers by letting in any old economic migrant.
"On pensions, Labour are rattled as Gordon's gimmicks don't wash with the eldest in our society -- his 75p increase in the state pension is an insult.
"And any attempt to join the Euro by stealth will be seen for what they really are; an orchestrated attempt to hand over control of our economy to Brussels."
Mr Evans made his stinging attack as William Hague and his shadow cabinet prepare their new 'common sense agenda'.
