IF Tom Tomlinson dies intestate (without a will or a surviving relative) any estate he leaves behind will be taken by the Duchy of Lancaster.

So if he wants to keep his head in the Greater Manchester clouds, I hope he understands that when it comes down to basics (ie money) he will find that he is a true Lancastrian and a subject of the Prince of Wales.
