ST HELENS Council's Library Service will be putting the spotlight on the service provided for children during the next two weeks.
Young people and parents and carers will be asked what they think of the service as part of a national initiative, Kidsplus.
Parents and carers of children under five will be asked to complete simple questionnaires about whether they use their local library, while youngsters between ages five and 15 will also be asked to fill in similar questionnaires.
The survey will be conducted at different sites and among organisations in the borough including some schools, youth clubs, guides and scout groups, mother and toddler groups and Morrisons supermarket.
For further information contact Robin Turvey, systems and monitoring officer, St Helens Libraries, on 01744 455409.
