ONE persistently reads letters in the Lancashire Evening Telegraph from disgruntled veteran Labour supporters, throwing in the towel and turning their backs on Tony Blair's middle class party. Is it any wonder?
Blair has succeeded in the devastation of the UK with his devolution policy. Now he appears hell bent on destroying one of Britain's greatest political parties.
Old age pensioners and those over 50 represent 30 per cent of the country and his attitude towards them is destroying. School teachers are on the brink of strike, the police, demoralised, the Fire Brigade restless and the armed forces are expected to do miracles on a shoestring whilst the Chancellor sits in his counting house.
Do Mr Blair and his clones appreciate how many forests are being destroyed to provide the mountain of paperwork that is strangling the NHS and preventing the care people need. Nurses and doctors are sick of paperwork.
Tony Blair appears to have stolen everybody elses clothes. There's not much left for him but to suckle up to Europe.
