PLANS for improvements to a Pendle pizza restaurant have been submitted to the council. The owners want to build a first floor extension to Giorgio's Pizzeria, Albert Road, Colne, for new toilets and erect an external fire escape at the back of the building. The scheme will be discussed by the council's Colne area committee on June 29.
