BANNERS depicting the five continents went on display together with a sale of crafts at Age Concern's Knight Hill House day centre, Padiham.
The banners and craft items were made by users of the centre as part of Age Concern Lancashire's Project 2000, which saw them discussing the lives of older people not just in Britain but throughout the world. Centre manager Theresa Greenall said: "They worked really hard with their crafts and banners. We all learned much about the lives of older people across the world."
The event raised more than £200 for centre funds.
Care assistant Diana Tyrer is pictured with the display.
