on smoking IN an effort to hammer home the dangers of smoking, the government proposes larger and more graphic health warnings on cigarette packets.
I remember buying tins of 50 cigarettes years ago, but cannot recall how they could be opened.
However, I do remember the old sardine tins which had to be opened with a key.
Now, if cigarettes could be sold in similar tins of 20, the sheer frustration of trying to open the things would deter all but the most determined smokers.
