PER Frandsen is in no hurry to leave Ewood Park and is happy to return and fight for his place next season.
The Danish international midfielder, who cost Rovers £1.75 million from Bolton last September, is one of five players who been told they can find new clubs this summer.
But Frandsen is ready and willing to return for duty under Graeme Souness when the new campaign kicks off, according to his agent Karsten Aabrink.
"He's quite happy with Blackburn. He's a strong player and he wants to show the manager how good he is.
"If the team is playing (passing) football, Per will definitely be in the team," said Aabrink. Frandsen may well feel he has a future at Rovers but equally any decision to stay will be governed by what offers come in from elsewhere.
And so far only one Danish club has expressed an interest.
That wasn't AB Copenhagen, according to Aabrink, and the terms on offer were not tempting enough for Frandsen to consider a return home.
It's obvious the 30-year-old play-maker won't be pushed out of the door at Ewood, although it would appear a comparable offer with the terms he enjoys at Rovers could lead to a parting of the ways.
"If Blackburn find a club. But it would have to be a good club. If not he will be back there."
