THE Transco Lancashire League side could be up against it when they resume their weather-hit match against the Central Lancashire League at Royton tonight.
The annual challenge fixture was reduced to 30 overs a side because of a delayed start and with the weather closing in again later on, the CCL faced just 21 overs.
In that time they rattled on to 121-3 with hard-hitting Rochdale opener Ian Haigh cracking an unbeaten 80.
Haigh was particularly severe on Nelson's Danny Kegg, who went for 32 off two overs.
It will be decided tonight whether the CCL face a further nine overs or the Lancs League are left with just 21 overs to chase.
