AS he gazes out upon the Welsh landscape, Terry Rimmer's thoughts often stray to his village boyhood spent in and around Billinge.
And he's now forwarded a cluster of memory-jerking snapshots to his old chums at the Brown Cow, including the nostalgia-soaked picture, shown here.
It harks back to the simple pleasures of annual church walking days during the 1950s when new summer frocks for the girls and smart short pants and white shirts for the boys were proudly paraded.
Terry, who wonders if any of his old chums can pick out a face or two from this St Mary's procession of long ago, now lives in 'Welsh exile.'
ANY old chums could drop him a line at: 162 Maesydail, Newtown, Montgomeryshire, Mid Wales.
