THE Friends of Rainford High School are holding 'A Glimpse of Oriental Cuisine' with Charlie Chan of Mr Chan's Restaurant, North Road, St Helens. The event, in which guests will witness the preparation of an authentic Chinese meal before sampling the food, will be held in the Higher Lane school's Arts Theatre from 7.30pm on Monday, June 19.
