LANCASHIRE Lynx play their last home game of the season tomorrow against fellow strugglers Hunslet Hawks.
Lynx are hoping for a long-overdue second victory of the season. Coach Maurice Bamford is pleased with the progress made during his month in charge and he is also hopeful that Lynx can win at least one of their last two games of the season.
After being denied promotion to the Super League at the end of last season, Hunslet have suffered a horrendous season. All the star players have left for pastures new as the club hit financial problems. Coach David Plange has however, managed to keep the team competitive despite having to field the club's younger players. This was shown last week when they pushed Doncaster all the way before losing out to a late try with Ben Skerrett and Willie Swann outstanding.
Lynx will select from: Hunt, Doherty, Pickles, Jones, Tickle, Long, Blankley, Pekepo, Wolford, Taylor, Norton, Vincent, Paul Birchall, Garcia, Dave Birchall, Potter, Hall, Steels, Christie, Ramsdale.
