FURIOUS ambulance crews claimed people had been "robbed" by Health Secretary Kenneth Clarke.
He gave away £3.8million to buy life-saving equipment for ambulances -- but Lancashire would not get a penny because the public had already supported the "Heart Start" campaign to buy defibrilator machines for ambulances.
