IN May and June this year, the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) cut back their production of oil, causing petrol prices to rise.
In July, OPEC started to increase production, with the result that petrol prices are starting to fall. Although this again has nothing to do with the Government, will those same people now try to give them the credit? Just wondering.
