ONE Rovers player who is on the move is Darren Dunning.
The 19-year-old midfielder, who has appeared in a couple of Rovers' pre-season friendlies, has agreed to join Bristol City on a one month loan.
Danny Wilson watched Dunning in a practice game against Everton yesterday.
And Rovers assistant manager Tony Parkes believes it is a move which is in the interests of both the club and the player.
"It's a great chance for him to gain some experience," said Parkes. "He will be playing in their first team which is better than playing in our reserves.
"And it's also good for us because we will be able to monitor his progress. So it's a chance for him to put himself in the shop window."
A young Rovers side lost 2-1 to Everton.
Rovers Academy Under 19s were set to play Rosenborg at Brockhall today.
