MODEL boat enthusiasts from across the area sailed into Oswaldtwistle Mills at the weekend to show off their little ships.
Some 20 boats were put on display at the Accrington tourist attraction on Saturday, ranging from warships to yachts and many more besides.
The event was organised by the Blackburn and District Model Boat Club and drew in the crowds, even though organisers were disappointed with the turnout.
A spokesman for the group said: "Unfortunately, our event clashed with the Lions Gala but we still had a fair few people turn out.
"There were all manner of boats on display and I think people were impressed with the attention to detail on each of the models."
The event is held every month at the Oswaldtwistle Mills and the spokesman added: "We use a lot of the Mills' space so it is good to give something back.
"We use the event to raise money for the Mills' chosen charity."
