If fines, community service or detention don't work then it's time for corporal punishment to be brought back. The do-gooders should concentrate on the victims of the parasites on our streets.

I also read that money is to be used for the good of the residents and would like to suggest to Blackpool council that, in this day and age of high tech state-of-the-art etc, they should first consider the basic needs -- a weather-proof shelter at every bus stop. They can start with both sides of Holmfield Road and Warbreck Drive. It is disgusting that residents have to stand in the rain and wind without any cover at all.
