A CHARITY night in aid of the British Epilepsy Association will be held at the Traveller's Rest pub in Crab Street, St Helens on Friday, September 8.
The event has been organised by Peter Urbanowski, of Fox Place, St Helens, who is also preparing to scale the heights of Ben Nevis in October for the same charity. Raffle prizes include a meal for two at the Palace Restaurant in Duke Street with transport there and back by stretch limo, a meal at the Hilton Hotel, a portable TV and a vacuum cleaner to name but a few and Peter, who works as a taxi driver with A to B and Delta, has thanked everyone who has donated prizes so far.
If you would like to buy an advance raffle ticket for the night, which starts at 7.30pm, you can contact Peter on (01744) 755101.
