A CONMAN who has posed as a hospital doctor in East Lancashire a barrister and an Earl has left a beauty queen pregnant and is facing jail again.

Paul Bint, who has conned his way into East Lancashire hospitals, pleaded guilty to a string of offences at Newcastle Crown Court and has been remanded in custody for pre-sentence reports.

He admitted stealing a barrister's outfit from Birmingham Crown Court then tricking Virgin bosses into putting him up at a five-star Edinburgh hotel.

While staying at the hotel, he met former Miss Scotland Nikki Gonelli and swept her off her feet with tales of his wealth.

Last year Bint tried to con Blackburn school dinner lady Anita Scott when he was released from prison on licence. He met her on a family day out in Corporation Park, Blackburn, and introduced himself as Lachlan Gates, claiming he worked for BSkyB and had just bought his parents a cottage in Darwen.

She became suspicious when he turned up to her Saunders Road home, Blackburn, without the Porsche he claimed was his.
