FORMER revellers from a now-closed East Lancashire nightclub can enjoy a one-night revival and help raise money for terminally ill children.
The event, on Friday, is being organised by Craig Lambert, of Esther Place, Bacup, who will also be completing his first marathon in New York in November.
It is being held at at the Club Royale, Waterfoot, and should bring back memories for people who used to go to Angels in Burnley.
Craig, a marketing executive with Park Online, Nelson, said: "I used to attend The Angels with a group of friends and thought it would be a nice idea to hold a reunion and raise some money." The Dreams Come True Charity will benefit from takings on the door on Friday night and the club will be open from 10pm to 2am with music from the 80s and 90s and drinks promotions.
Craig, 24, and colleagues will take on a team of colleagues from the company's Birkenhead site at Fearns High School, Stacksteads, for a sponsored football match.
