LINZI Ashley is moving up the career ladder.
She is working towards her NVQ level three in customer service while working at the Gift Tree Factory Outlet in Church.
Linzi, 22, is one of hundreds of young East Lancashire people on Modern Apprenticeship schemes.
She joined the firm after leaving college and then had time off after her son was born. She returned and took her NVQ level two in retail.
"I decided to take the work-based training route because it meant I could earn while I learn in a job that I really enjoy."
"My ambition is to become a manageress and I would quite like to work in the fashion industry."
