BOB Bond, the well known local agricultural manager with the NatWest is retiring on August 31 after 34 years service with bank.
He started working in the Church Street, Lancaster branch in 1966, remaining there for 20 years.
After taking up appointments in Carnforth, Bentham and Heysham, he returned to Lancaster five years ago to tManager
ake up his present appointment.
Married to Joyce for 35 years, Bob, 57, has two sons Steven, now area small business adviser with NatWest and David, a civil engineer with BNFL.
Bob said: "I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my ex-colleagues and customers for their friendship and hospitality over the years and to wish them well for the future."
