I WAS utterly disgusted by the referee at Ewood Park on August 26.

I know loads of teams complain about referees, but heaven only knows why nine out of 10 who come to Ewood give us only a couple of good points maybe. For the rest are diabolical.

Time and time again, the Norwich men played more with their arms than their feet -- twice right under the ref's nose -- but he didn't act.

When Rovers made any moves, his whistle was in his mouth and the yellow card out of his pocket.

One thing that incensed all our fans was when Nathan Blake scored, he did what dozens do -- took off his shirt.

The ref called him over and booked him. I have seen many many do it, but never get booked.

I watched Match of the Day that night and saw two players from different teams do exactly the same, with no bookings.

All refs should go back to their college or wherever. If you or I did our work like that, we would be sacked.

I always thought all referees had to be neutral. Rubbish!
