FOUR Lancashire League clubs are battling for the services of exciting New Zealand prospect Tama Canning.
Enfield, Burnley, Rishton and Haslingden have all expressed an interest in Accrington's current sub-professional.
Canning has caught the eye while filling in for Nathan Astle.
And the 23-year-old Auckland all-rounder is keen to return for a full season in the league. He said: "I'm definitely looking to come back and those clubs have all shown an interest.
"But I'm not sure yet what I'll be doing. We'll just see what happens.
"I just want to do well for Auckland this season and push into the international team."
