SCORES of "Mad cow" carcases were dumped at Burnley's Rowley Tip and the Whinney Hill site in Altham.
Slaughtered cattle, infected with the BSE brain virus, were shipped from all over the country for burial at the sites, sparking health fears from nearby residents.
