Implementation of the McPherson report adds a 'premium' to any criminal offence which the victim decides is racially motivated. How would Steve explain to his wife and mother, that he believes for example, that a sexual offence against a black woman was far more serious and deserving of far greater punishment, than would be the case if either of them were to be victims of such an offence?

It seems strange to me that our great 'rebel 'leader should so often find himself defending the actions of High Court Judges and Establishment politicians, both of whom he acts to despise.
