MEMBERS of Stacksteads Riverside Park Group will visit Chipping Village Hall to get advice on gaining lottery funding for their proposed community centre.
Keith Cowling, from the Lancashire Co-operative Development Agency, arranged the visit so that members can find out for about the lottery procedure.
Keith has recently completed a feasibility study to enable the Riverside group to submit a lottery bid of up to £500,000 for a community centre in Stacksteads.
He will present his report to members at 11am on Saturday, September 16 at the Rose 'n' Bowl in Stacksteads.
The meeting will also be attended by group president Janet Anderson, MP for Rossendale and Darwen.
