A WOMAN and a child received slight injuries in a weekend collision in Radcliffe.
The accident, involving a Honda Civic and a Ford Escort, occurred at Bolton Road, Radcliffe, at its junction with Harper Fold Road on Saturday afternoon (Nov 18).
Driver of the Escort, Mr Boleslaw Pazdzior (76), of Stopes Road, Radcliffe, escaped injury. Two passengers in the Honda were treated at hospital, but not detained.
The injured were Alison McMahon (36), of Higher Ainsworth Road, Radcliffe, and Daniel McMahon (7), of the same address, who sustained slight back and neck injuries respectively.
Honda car driver Travis Whitehead (62), of Alma Street, Radcliffe, received a neck injury but did not require hospital treatment.
