BILLY McKinlay has left Blackburn Rovers to join Bradford City's Premiership relegation dogfight.
Bottom-of-the-table Bradford have taken over the remainder of McKinlay's contract with the incentive of an offer for the whole of next season if he proves his form and fitness.
The Scottish international midfielder, out of favour at Ewood Park, becomes new Bradford manager Jim Jefferies' first signing following a loan spell at Leicester City and will make his debut in the six-pointer at Middlesbrough tomorrow.
