WHY is it that all the new houses being built in the suburbs of Lancaster are large and very expensive?

Ordinary families cannot afford them.

Also, why have we no park homes? Many older people would prefer one of these then their smaller homes could be freed for young couples who have just got married. At present, young couples cannot afford these larger homes and, as in Primrose, when the smaller homes come on the market they are bought by people who let them to students.
