A WATERLOGGED Hilton Park pitch has thrown Leigh Centurions RLFC's pre-season plans into disarray.
More heavy rain yesterday put paid to Leigh's plans to host Oldham in their final warm-up game before the new NFP season kicks off this weekend.
Leigh have now lost two of their three scheduled trial matches and will go into the new campaign with only the benefit of last week's impressive workout against South Sydney.
Last night's postponement left head coach Paul Terzis bitterly disappointed.
"It was a huge blow to our plans, especially having already lost one game at Workington two weeks ago," he says.
Leigh will not be arranging anything in it's place as they wait for their season to kick off at home to Barrow on December 10.
