A 23-year-old man had his wristwatch and £10 stolen in a street robbery.
The victim was walking along Hyndburn Road, Accrington, when he was approached from behind by two men.
They pushed him to the floor before one of the attackers grabbed his arm, allowing the other to remove his watch.
They also took £10 out of his pocket.
A spokesman for Accrington CID said: "This was an incident which didn't cause physical harm to the victim but left him shaken up."
The first attacker was described as 5ft 10ins tall and wearing a red cloth jacket with the hood up.
The second attacker, believed to be the same height, was wearing a dark black jacket with the hood up also.
The incident happened at 1.45am on November 25.
