COLNE 0 WARRINGTON 5
ROOKIE keeper Ross Baxter could hardly have picked a worse night to make his Colne debut.
But, despite the scoreline, the 18-year-old emerged with credit first for saving a penalty inside the first five minutes and then for producing a string of fine saves in the second half.
But Baxter's heroics couldn't prevent a misderable night for the North West Counties League Second Division strugglers.
Within a minute of the penalty save Warrington were ahead through Mike Heveron before Darren Saint and an own goal from Ben Callum gave the visitors a 3-0 interval advantage.
Late goals from Dave Pick and Ged Bushell completed a depressing night for Colne.
