MORE than 100 students from all over East Lancashire met up at Burnley Football Club for a masterclass in business.
The event was organised by Young Enterprise's East Lancashire Strategic Board, made up of representatives of Pendle Enterprise Trust and similar bodies in Burnley, Rossendale, Blackburn, Darwen, Hyndburn and the Ribble Valley and supported by Unilever, HSBC and Printoff.
Twelve teams of ten took part in a business management game to learn the practicalities of starting a business. Pendle Enterprise Trust spokesman Eileen Hirst said: "This was our second highly successful masterclass event.
"Feedback was once again excellent, the attendees were very motivated and interested in the success stories of our speakers and the winning team presented a very thoughtful business plan."
The winning team from Clitheroe Royal Grammar School received a collection of prizes donated by Burnley Football Club.
