BUSINESS people from across East Lancashire took part in the biggest ever open day and exhibition organised by Nelson-based Northern Technologies and Pendle training.
The focus of the event was on business support and training.
The day included an exhibition featuring some of the UK's leading suppliers of engineering, information technology and manufacturing solutions, as well as guided tours, demonstrations, seminars and presentations.
The event offered visitors new ways of improving their business. In addition to engineering and manufacturing services, visitors were able to see the IT support department and get expert advice on quality, environmental issues, staff training and other issues.
Co-ordinator Mark Roberts said: "It was the ideal opportunity for people to find new services and courses, review their business needs and catch up with the latest developments in technology."
The event was supported by the North West Centres of Excellence network.
