Tetley Walker 1, Bacup Borough 1
BACUP manager Brent Peters will be disappointed his side didn't collect all three points in the NWCL Division Two clash.
Bacup opened the scoring just before the interval when Stuart Farnell headed a long ball across the goal but as Damon Gledhill turned to shoot he was brought down from behind. Skipper Damian Moran converted the penalty.
The second half saw Bacup keep up the pressure in the first quarter but poor finishing by Stuart Farnell and Moran meant Tetley were still in with a shout.
For some reason Bacup then laid off and allowed their opponents into the game.
This pressure paid off for Tetley Walker in the 73 minute when a ball from the right dropped at the feet of defender Clive Locke who squeezed his shot inside the near post which the Bacup keeper Daryl Sloane almost got his hand to.
