HYNDBURN AC set a new record this year as 14 of their athletes made their debuts for Lancashire.
At the Annual Presentation Night, which was held last Saturday, they were all presented with their club colours by the club's special guest, the Paralympic silver medallist Mark Brown.
Aspiring Mark Brown's Damien Rawcliffe and Vicky McNeill received the under 11 age group awards, and Callum Fitzpatrick and Anna Griffiths were adjudged to be the top under 13's.
Joe McGuiness and Charlotte Baron were the winning under 15's, Paul Sockett and Claire Mullen won the under 17 division, and Adam Long and Casey Dean were the senior prize winners.
Andy Charlesworth and Hayley Bullen won their trophies for cross country, Callum Fitzpatrick and Anna Griffiths were honoured for their track and field performances, and Joe McGuiness and Paul Sockett were nominated as the best all rounders.
The team trophy went to the Northern Women's League Team, while Claire Mitchell and Emma McGuiness won the Secretary's Award and Lauren Grime won the Chairperson's Award.
The President's Award, which goes to the Athlete of the Year, was presented to Anna Griffiths.
