TWO heartless thugs attacked a Fleetwood pensioner and robbed him of £50 while he was out walking his dog.
The 65-year-old man was in the alleyway opposite Fleetwood Market, Adelaide Street, at 11.02pm on December 23, when he was attacked by two men.
The first is described as 35-40 years old, 5ft 7ins, fat build, 15-16 stone, dark brown hair, goatee beard and moustache and was wearing a dark anorak with the hood up and dark trousers.
The other was 6ft, slim build, short blond hair, a recent cut or scar ran above the eye to just above the mouth and he was wearing a blue anorak and dark trousers. His speech was slurred and stuttering.
A TIMID gunman ran scared from an off licence in Blackpool after being shouted at by the shop owner.
The man went into Selbourne Wine Store, Caunce Street, at around 5.10pm on December 18.
He demanded money and produced a handgun but the owner of the shop shouted threats at him, causing the gunman to lose his nerve and run off.
He is described as 6ft, slim build and was wearing a balaclava, grey gloves and a regatta-style anorak which was old and worn.
A PICK-POCKETING couple robbed an old woman of £30 in an Abingdon Street shop on December 17.
The 64-year-old lady was in a store at about noon when a woman, accompanied by a man, pushed against her and stole a purse containing £30 from her pocket.
The woman is described as approximately 32, 5ft 3ins, slim build with dark, shoulder-length hair which curled at the end, a dirty dark complexion and bad teeth.
The man was approximately 30, 5ft 7ins, very thin, dirty and dark complexion and he was wearing a black woollen hat.
