Colne 0 Castleton Gabriels 3
COLNE will face a re-election fight at the end of the season if results don't improve.
John Lister's side sit third from bottom of North West Counties League Division Two after a demoralising defeat against Castleton Gabriels.
In one of their worst displays of the season -- they were flattered by the margin of defeat -- Colne simply disintegrated in a second half shocker.
After falling behind to a 21st minute goal from Joe Gibiliriu, Colne missed a great chance to equalise when Matt Aspinall shot wide when well positioned.
The second half was a non-event as far as the home side were concerned. Castleton added further goals from Shepherd on 55 and Highton 15 minutes from time as Colne's midfield fell to pieces. Player-manager John Lister, who was involved in the action, was "very unhappy" by the manner of the defeat.
