A MAN who exposed himself made obscene remarks and asked two teenage girls if they wanted to have sex with him, a court heard.
Burnley magistrates were told how Brian Fleming, 37, dropped his trousers in Scott Park, Burnley, but the girls turned away and left.
Fleming, who told the court he was not a pervert or "funny," was bailed until January 29 for a pre-sentence report, after being convicted of indecent exposure and obstructing a police constable.
Fleming was told to live at Bradshaw Street, Nelson, and ordered to stay away from Scott Park.
Richard Taylor, defending, said Fleming had suffered a quite severe drink problem over the last few years.
His brother, who had not seen him for some time, was upset at the state he found the defendant in and was going to find him a proper home to live in.
He was also going to look after him and help him as far as he could to come off drink.
