THE money was flowing freely at a local hotel with many of the guests well on their way to being millionaires.
Roulette wheels turned and dies were cast during the Casino Night at Fernhurst Hotel, Ewood and the money just kept piling up.
However all was not as it seemed as the stakes were nothing but paper money. The night was held in order to raise funds for the charity Mencap's Junior Gateway Club and was a roaring success.
Stuart Culley, deputy manager at the Fernhurst Hotel, said: "It was a really good night and went down really well. Quite a bit of money was raised on the night although the total figure is not yet in."
