A SECOND-HAND wardrobe turned out pretty as a picture when brothers Martin and William Thomson decided to clear it out.

They discovered a forgotten wedding album tucked away in a box at the back, and now they want to find the true owners.

William was given the wardrobe by a local church-based charity when he moved into his new home in Beechwood Mews, Blackburn.

Blackburn fishmonger Martin (pictured), of Ravenglass Close, helped him strip out the wardrobe, uncovering the burgundy coloured album in its original white box, but without any names or identification.

The professional photographs show the dark-haired bride wearing a traditional full white dress while her adult bridesmaid is wearing a dark green dress trimmed with green tartan.

Martin said: "I hope someone recognises it because it has obviously cost a lot of money and will mean a lot to whoever has lost it."

Anyone who recognises the couple in the picture can call Martin on 01254 699680 or William on 01254 682151.
